Finding Your Faith
Stories of Pilgrimage

This past May I went on a pilgrimage with my mom. A friend shared with me before I left that a pilgrimage is like going on a long walk with someone you love, and that was definitely my experience. We walked 100 miles of the Portuguese Camino until our destination of the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela in Spain. It was an amazing, unforgettable experience.
A pilgrimage is a journey to a holy place.
Over the next few weeks in worship we will be looking at the power of pilgrimage as we think about finding our faith and growing in our faith. It's so easy for us to go through life and the months pass, and the years pass, and our relationship with God stays the same.
How can we grow in our faith so that we feel closer to God? I wonder what you can do today to spend time with God?
