STUDIO SPACES
We are currently fully leased for all our private studio spaces, but we do have availability for our semi-private spaces!

SEMI-PRIVATE STUDIO SPACES (TWO AVAILABLE)
(minimum 6-month lease, renter’s insurance required)
Studio space designed for visual artists that encourages creativity. Plenty of room to spread out and work on projects in spaces filled with abundant natural light.
Each space includes individual lockable storage cabinet and access to shared artist sink.
24/7 access.
Three semi-private studio spaces (Matisse, Monet and Renoir) with floor to ceiling windows - 156 sq. ft. each @ $295 per month.
One semi-private studio space (Kahlo) with floor to ceiling windows - 145 sq. ft. @ $270 per month.
Four semi-private studio spaces (Van Gogh, da Vinci, Cézanne and Picasso) with quarter size windows – 145 sq. ft. @ $250 per month.
One semi-private studio space (O'Keeffe) with quarter size windows - 84 square feet @ $135 per month.
