STUDIO SPACES
We are currently fully leased for all our private studio spaces, but we do have availability for our semi-private spaces!
Email the WRUMC office at office@wrumc.org if you would like a tour of our space, or if you'd like to reserve a spot on the waitlist for our private spaces.
PRIVATE STUDIO SPACES - SHARED AND INDIVIDUAL - (ALL LEASED)
(minimum 6-month lease, renter’s insurance required): Studio spaces designed for visual artists that encourages creativity. Each space has access to a shared artist sink. 24/7 access.
ALL MEMBER BENEFITS
Free WiFi (100 Mbps up and down).
Accessible and free parking.
Shared kitchen (use of microwave & fridge).
Collaborative & supportive environment.

We enable creatives to thrive as working artists and support new and emerging artists. We strive to create a collaborative and supportive community contributing to the advancement of the arts in Dallas and North Texas.
